Job summary

Rebo is hiring a 3rd Shift Material Handler in Sparta, TN (11pm-7:15am) to load, unload, and move materials between storage, production lines, and shipping areas. You’ll ensure stock accuracy, assist with cycle counts, and supply operators with necessary components.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing, a forklift certification, and a reliable attendance record. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work overtime including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Forklift certification required; trained on PIVs at the plant.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials between storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Maintain stock levels and perform cycle counts; update records in ERP.
• Provide components to operators and ensure materials are available for molding and assembly.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely per regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards across all areas.
• Assist with other assignments under supervision.
