Printpack Jackson is seeking a qualified Material Handler for a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am) on a 2/2/3 schedule. The role focuses on safe movement of materials, inventory accuracy, and supporting production operations.

Pay starts at $19.96/hr with a $2.50/hr night shift premium. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, performing safety inspections, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate records with handheld devices.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily safety inspections and document findings.
• Load and unload trucks per schedules.
• Store and retrieve pallets; track inventory with handheld devices.
• Stage materials per production schedules; move WIP between locations.
• Maintain organized storage and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete safety logs and 5S housekeeping tasks.
• Support Continuous Improvement programs and general duties.
