Rust-Oleum Corporation in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is seeking a Material Handler to join our distribution center team on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation (6pm–6:30am). You will select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on pallets, collaborating with a fast-paced team to ensure accuracy and on-time shipping.

No prior experience is required, but candidates must lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stay safety-minded, and show up reliably.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in the distribution center on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule for 12-hour shifts (6pm-6:30am).
• Select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
• Ensure orders are accurate before they are shipped to customers.
• Lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and maintain a safety-first approach.
