Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Central Virginia is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Weyers Cave. You will load and unload beverage delivery trucks, operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and stack cases on pallets to ensure accurate packing of soda orders.

You will also assist with unloading pallets from production facilities and repairing damaged inventory while performing cleanup duties. A handheld scanner helps maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Experience in loading/unloading beverage shipments.
• Attention to inventory integrity and damage repair as needed.

LOCATION: Weyers Cave
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Our Material Handlers load and unload beverage delivery trucks, as well as operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks to pack soda orders and stack cases on pallets. They also unload incoming pallets of beverages from production facilities, assist in repairing damaged goods inventory, and participate in clean-up duties. Operating a handheld scanner will help ensure accuracy.
