Job summary

GE HealthCare in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the Pluto Photon Counting Detector production. You will set up and operate automated equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements on the third shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and production data.
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and seek help when needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate records.
• Onsite availability in Waukesha, WI, for third shift 9:30 PM–6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production data and product quality to identify issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and production problems per procedures.
• Escalate complex issues requiring additional technical support.
• Read and interpret production charts, specs, and technical work instructions.
• Maintain production records, equipment logs, and quality documentation.
• Communicate equipment status and production concerns during shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory procedures, including PPE usage.
