Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Waukesha, WI to support Pluto Photon Counting Detector production. You will set up and operate automated equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and help improve processes on the 3rd shift.

You should have hands-on manufacturing experience, be able to read instructions and data, and work with cross-functional teams while adhering to safety and quality standards. Onsite in Waukesha, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or equipment support.
• Hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting issues.
• Able to read instructions, specifications, and production data.
• Able to work independently, follow procedures, and seek help when needed.
• Able to communicate clearly and keep accurate records.
• Onsite availability in Waukesha, WI for third shift 9:30 PM–6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment per work instructions and specs.
• Monitor equipment performance, production data, and product quality; identify issues.
• Troubleshoot alarms and production problems; adjust per procedures.
• Flag issues needing additional technical support.
• Read and interpret production charts, specs, and work instructions.
• Maintain production records, equipment logs, and quality documentation.
• Communicate status and concerns during shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory procedures including PPE.
