Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific's Charlotte, NC facility is seeking a dedicated team member for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am) to operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipment while following safety and quality protocols.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $21.93/hour with a 15% shift differential; PTO and health benefits begin on day one, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Follow safety and quality protocols diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• This role is located in our manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, where we produce lifesaving Liqui-Cel Contactors.
