Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm). You will operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipment and follow GMP safety and quality protocols.

The position requires teamwork, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Starting wage is $21.93/hr with a 10% shift differential, plus PTO and health benefits from day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Compensation

• $21.93/hr starting wage + 10% Shift Differential

Shift Information

• 2nd Shift/Afternoon (8 hours)- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Monday - Friday
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Occasional weekend shifts required

Education

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating machinery. The work environment is dynamic and may include exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
