Job summary

TemperPack, based in Richmond, VA, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to assist the Manufacturing Manager in day-to-day production activities. You will lead a team of hourly workers to maintain safety, productivity, quality, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience, 1-3 years with inventory ERP systems, and strong communication skills. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience with inventory ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production goals.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor headcounts for optimal output.
• Lead FAs for repetitive failures and production misses.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the production area and PPE compliance.
• Coach staff on safe production practices and GMP adherence.
