Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in our Melville, NY site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of plasma-derived therapies.

You'll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, maintain cGMP standards, review batch documentation, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing activities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on problem solving are essential as you partner

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency with SAP and production equipment software

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, and financial goals.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely completion in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership presence to guide operations and support staff.
• Manage batch documentation, logbooks, and SAP orders.
• Develop and update SOPs and Master Batch Records; train staff on procedures.
