Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Night Shift Product Test & Calibration technician to set-up, maintain, operate, and inspect production equipment in a compliant environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, document results, and help ensure product quality while following GMP and ISO 13485 standards. The role supports continuous improvement and safety across the facility with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; related certificate or equivalent experience encouraged.
• 1-year technical certificate (machinist/engineering technology) preferred.
• 3-4 years of medical device manufacturing experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance per the supervisor's Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Adhere to GMP, ISO 13485, EHS rules, and housekeeping procedures to protect health, safety, and the environment.
• Complete all paperwork for finished products according to procedures.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance equipment records.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to inspect dimensions.
• Interpret engineering drawings and consult with management to meet quality standards.
• Report unusual circumstances to supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.
