Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Nashville is seeking a Line 1, Secondary Packaging (Case Packer) to set up, operate, and monitor packaging lines on a 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am, and occasional 6pm-6am on weekends).

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 25 lbs, and a willingness to work weekends. You will perform setup, quality checks, and maintain safety protocols in a noisy, temperature-controlled production environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience or similar.
• Ability to work weekends to support customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging equipment.
• Monitor production runs and perform adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with changeovers as needed.
• Inspect parts and ensure timely, accurate packaging.
• Operate Palletizing and related equipment when required.
• Follow GMP and safety guidelines to minimize waste.
