Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a 3rd shift Shift Manager in Greensboro, NC. You will supervise team members, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love.

This role offers growth, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles. Candidate should have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and be 18+ with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Help deliver the iconic Sonic experience to guests.
• Manage shift staffing, training, and guest service standards.
