Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain Sonic standards and drive the guest experience.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety/cleanliness initiatives.
