Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will lead the team on shift, guide others, and ensure duties are completed with a focus on safety and quality.

You will monitor inventory, maintain financial accountability, and deliver safe, high-quality food to customers while maintaining a positive work environment for staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
