Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Tooele, UT operation. The role involves preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance to keep equipment and facilities fully operational.

The technician will perform repairs, support production, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives on a 2nd shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM–6:30 AM). Lift, safety and COS policies apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with forklift driving required.
• Willing to work second shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Evaluate equipment operation and suggest actions when malfunctions occur or improvements are needed.
• Maintain plant machinery such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, hydraulics, motors and pumps.
