Job summary

Oriental Trading Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for its La Vista, NE location on the night shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30pm–7am). The role focuses on general building/ warehouse maintenance, including conveyors, racking, dock equipment, and simple forklifts.

You will assist in installations, perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and uphold safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in manual labor or maintenance preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing and installing conveyors, racking, and dock equipment.
• Assist in maintaining equipment including simple forklifts.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly under supervision.
• Complete work orders and document activities for Maintenance Team Leader.
• Operate tools safely and conduct work in a safe manner.
• May drive company vehicle between locations with valid license and clean driving record.
