Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic to service manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $32 with an overnight shift differential of $1.75. The position requires a HS diploma/GED and at least 3 years of maintenance experience, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required (apprenticeship or applicable certifications highly preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years maintenance mechanic experience in a regulated, technical work environment.
• Ability to read, write and perform mathematics at a level to complete technical work.
• Able to read prints, schematics and operate in a GMP environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of manufacturing equipment and systems during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs following SOPs and troubleshooting procedures.
• Reads blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics to repair and maintain equipment.
• Keeps work areas clean, compliant with safety rules and cGMP standards.
• Documents work performed and reports unusual situations to supervision.
