Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its 3rd shift in a food manufacturing facility. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to keep pasteurization and conveying equipment running safely.

You will work with Production to ensure on-time readiness, follow safety and clean standards, and participate in preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Able to balance productivity, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, adjust, and replace electrical equipment such as controls, sensors, relays, and timers.
• Repair and maintain pasteurization and other process equipment.
• Inspect and service mechanical components like motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, and drive systems.
• Inspect and service pneumatic components including air compressors and cylinders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, HVAC, pumps, and related systems.
• Adhere to document control policies and safety standards.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for an hourly role.
