Job summary

IQ Resource Group in Random Lake, WI, seeks a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs on the production line, and supporting systems like conveyors, hydraulics, and PLCs.

Candidate will troubleshoot, service, and optimize equipment, ensure safety and quality standards, and assist with changeovers and documentation. Overtime is common, and forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in food and beverage environment preferred.
• Able to interpret blueprints and manuals.
• Welding (TIG/MIG) and fabrication skills required.
• Familiar with safety, GMPs, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety, GMPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Operate and maintain production line equipment and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and PLCs.
• Develop and update PMs and work orders.
• Assist with standard changeovers and setup inspections.
