Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance.
• Experienced with electrical test equipment including multi-meters, insulation testers, oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of PLCs, variable speed drives, and CNC.
• Read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings and ladder diagrams.
• Solid understanding of complex electrical circuits and machine safety.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, production and cost controls.
• Experience with Oracle R12 procurement is a plus; forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily maintenance support for production equipment including PM, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Own entire plant breakdown responsibility when lone technician on shift.
• Assist in installation and startup of new equipment.
• Maintain and upgrade equipment documentation, especially electrical.
• Develop equipment specifications for new projects as required.
• Adhere to and promote environmental, health & safety policies.
