Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Sheboygan facility by maintaining plant equipment, utility systems, and structures. You will execute cross-disciplinary work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance to minimize downtime and extend machinery life.

You will troubleshoot and repair electrical/power circuits, boilers, HVAC, and assorted equipment while adhering to safety standards and using CMMS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain electrical power/control circuits, VFDs, analytical equipment, and perform instrument calibrations.
• Operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC, air handling systems, and EHS-related equipment.
• Repair metal, glass, and glass-lined equipment using precision tools and basic shop equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, gauges, and units of measure for repair parts.
