Job summary

IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech to support manufacturing lines with hands-on repairs and proactive maintenance. The role focuses on assisting and training junior technicians while ensuring equipment uptime and adherence to safety procedures.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, document tasks, and coordinate with Senior Technicians to resolve open items before shift end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in machine maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand long periods.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics.
• Safe work procedures and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Foster a productive environment and meet productivity targets.
• Maintain clean and orderly maintenance area and equipment.
• Perform basic repairs in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist senior technicians with complex repairs.
• Coordinate repairs with Senior and Subordinate Technicians.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for production equipment.
• Pass on open items to next shift at shift end.
• Document daily tasks and close out completed work.
