Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Production Maintenance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyors and bagging machines.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Observes mechanical devices in operation to locate trouble.
• Disassembles devices to gain access and replace parts.
• Inspects parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Installs functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts and equipment.
• Tests and adjusts equipment to meet specifications.
• Operates drill press, grinder, and saws.
