Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a maintenance technician in Frankfort, IN to troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic/hydraulic systems and electrical components. You’ll diagnose issues from schematics, respond to calls, and ensure equipment reliability on a 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM schedule.

You must be comfortable in extreme temperatures and hazardous environments, and be able to lift 15–50 pounds. This full-time role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Must be able to lift 15–50 lb with/without assistance.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willing to work in extreme temperatures and hazardous environments.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Use preventive maintenance systems and work orders to support equipment reliability.
• Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, and take corrective action.
• Apply multi-craft maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency and safety.
