Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, ladder logic, and schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Install, repair, and replace machine components.
• Assist with equipment installation and startup activities.
• Dismantle and repair machinery using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking equipment.
• Inspect equipment for wear, misalignment, and performance issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding replacement components and repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
