Job summary

gpac is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor for a premier family-owned specialty-food manufacturer in Northern New Jersey. The role directs, coaches, and deploys the shift technician crew while tackling mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated system troubleshooting on the line.

You will lead PM activities, RCA, enforce safety and GMP, manage spare parts and contractor projects, and maintain CMMS records, with a 4:00 PM–1:30 AM shift, Monday to Friday and

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance technicians in an industrial manufacturing facility.
• Strong cross-functional troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Hands-on with high-speed packaging equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance shift workflow and coach technicians.
• Respond to major line breakdowns across equipment.
• Drive preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis to reduce downtime.
• Enforce safety, GMP, OSHA, and sanitation protocols.
• Manage spare-parts needs and contractor projects during production.
