Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for the 3rd shift (10PM-6AM) at our Albion, Indiana facility. You will diagnose, repair, and service electrical systems, CNC equipment, and robotic controls to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of ladder logic, solid-state devices, and strong troubleshooting abilities, with flexibility for overtime and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent or 5+ years of related experience is required.
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems per standard electrical practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot solid state devices and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical problems with little supervision.
• Troubleshoot CNC and robotic systems; reprogram ladder logic as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair in-house equipment to maintain production.
• Work overtime to support production needs while maintaining safety policies.
