Job summary

Dexter Group in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) at our Albion facility. You will diagnose and repair electrical problems in accordance with standard practices of the electrical trade with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have strong Electrical, CNC, and Robotic experience, plus the ability to troubleshoot solid state devices and reprogram ladder logic. Dexter Group offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong electrical theory and practical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNC machinery and robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues per standard practices with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot solid state devices and reprogram ladder logic as needed.
• Repair in-house equipment and support production during overtime as required.
