Clean Scapes is hiring a Maintenance Crew Member to join our Tesla Night Shift Team in Austin, TX. This full-time outdoor role operates Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM, on the Tesla site. You’ll trim, dig, and perform landscape maintenance using hand and power tools while keeping sites safe and well-kept.

• Take care of equipment and truck materials
• Follow safety protocols to ensure safe worksites

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Work alongside Crew Leaders and Production Managers to finish assigned tasks and projects.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks like trimming, digging, and general landscape maintenance.
• Keep commercial landscapes looking sharp through routine maintenance
• Work efficiently and safely with your team to complete daily routine tasks.
• Take care of equipment, and truck materials.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure safe worksites.

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license ispreferred
• Experience maintaining landscapecommercial properties preferred..
• Some knowledge of plants, proper pruning techniques, and commercial maintenance practices.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs safely, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, hands‑on attitude, and willingness to learn.
