The position requires adherence to safety, GMP, and company policies, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities include machine adjustments, minor repairs, quality checks, and collaboration with maintenance and shift staff.

• Assist in mold changes and color changes on the line.
• Conduct on-time quality checks and document results.
• Provide support to maintenance and other operators as needed.
