Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Machine Operator I for the Night shift in Chattanooga, TN, 6:00pm–6:15am on a 2-2-3 schedule. The role blends packing duties with operating tasks to sustain production pace and ensure carton quality.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background and drug screen required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

• Completes training courses as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Operator may function as packer and operator at times to keep pace with production.
• Pack quality product, label boxes and place on conveyor.
• Maintain and correct thermoforming and extrusion processes.
