Job summary

IWCO in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Operator for the night shift (6PM-6AM). You will operate department equipment to produce quality products in accordance with SOPs, perform quality checks, read production tickets, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires basic English literacy, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, or commensurate experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate department equipment to produce high quality products following SOPs.
• Conduct quality checks and read production tickets.
• Package finished product efficiently and accurately.
• Complete electronic and paper documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist coworkers in other departments when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
