Job summary

Insight Global is seeking 10 manufacturing operators to sit on-site at their Indianapolis facility to support product lines. These operators will operate manufacturing equipment based on established written procedures and work rules, ensuring quality and safety on the line.

You will follow cGMP and safety guidelines, perform light cleaning, and write maintenance summaries as needed. The role may include stocking, sweeping, and trash removal to maintain a clean operating environment.

• Highly organized/strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment based on written procedures and work rules.
• Ensure product quality and safety on the assigned line.
• Follow cGMP and safety guidelines as required.
• Perform light cleaning to maintain a clean operating environment.
• Write maintenance summaries of assembly and workstation areas as needed.
• Execute quality checks and document findings.
• Stocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal may be included.
