Job summary

Richardson International, a leading pasta producer, seeks a Machine Operator - Nights at its New Hope, MN facility. The role pays 26.48 per hour with a 1.15 per hour night shift differential.

Responsibilities include operating packaging lines, maintaining logs, and performing routine machine maintenance while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Weekend/overtime availability is required; prior machine operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Respond to alarms and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Communicate with all employees with respect and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring weights, coding, and quality.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests.
• Follow health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
