Job summary

FreshPoint Bix Produce Company, LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for the night shift. You will operate a range of packaging machines, manage product flow, and ensure quality, weight, and customer specifications are met. You will use the Cyrovac system, perform quality checks, and prepare goods for packing and palletizing.

The role requires ability to lift, keep up with line speed, and meet yield targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at Sysco facilities in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.
• Basic troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to maintain line speed and monitor production metrics.
• Occasionally lift items and meet yields and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of machines on the packaging line.
• Oversee full lifecycle of products through the packaging process.
• Match tickets to product, perform quality checks, and ensure specs.
• Process orders with Cyrovac machine, then pack and palletize.
