Job summary

Mars Wrigley Chattanooga site is seeking a Machine Operator for the 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will operate and change over equipment, support safety, quality, and efficiency objectives, and work within a cross-functional area team to produce quality products in required quantities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing/machine operation experience, basic math and PC skills, and the ability to read and write basic English.

Qualifications

• English literacy for production and QA documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate/change over machinery in the assigned area.
• Perform cleaning/inspection/lubrication tasks and area deep cleanings.
• Maintain supplies for the designated work area and complete checks.
• Support safety, quality and efficiency standards within the team.
• Train or cover for other associates as needed.
