Job summary

Mars Wrigley in Waco, TX is seeking a Team Member/Machine Operator for 223 Day and 223 Night shifts. You will operate equipment, perform quality checks, and support line maintenance in a climate-controlled facility.

This full-time role requires teamwork, strong English, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while working rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Able to read and understand English instructions.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing: 1 year minimum.

Responsibilities

• Operate and change over machinery in the designated area.
• Perform QC checks and document results.
• Maintain quality records and logs.
• Support maintenance for equipment PM activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient production on the line.
• Assist in problem solving to root cause.
