A High School Diploma or GED is required; you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, use basic computer systems for production documentation, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Overnight shift availability and weekend work are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
• Inspect molded parts for defects, color consistency, and overall quality standards.
• Perform routine documentation of production and quality checks accurately and timely.
• Identify, separate, and report nonconforming products or machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with material handling and packaging as needed.
