Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coating equipment for production runs.
• Load materials and adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
• Monitor product quality throughout manufacturing process.
• Take measurements and collect samples for Quality Assurance.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment or process issues with teammates.
• Complete production documentation and label finished products.
• Support inventory, shipping, and downstream production activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate a forklift or clamp truck if required.
• Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
