Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation preferred.
• Prior work experience in the packaging industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and efficiently, including setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Follow Pratt Industries Safety rules and GMPs; assist with safety initiatives.
• Identify and address mechanical concerns; report to supervisor or plant tech.
• Maintain clean work areas and keep equipment well-maintained.
• Assist and cross-train with other operators as needed; complete required reports.
