Responsibilities include servicing equipment to maximize productivity across the Lettershop Department, with a strong mechanical mindset and ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical repair or machine setup in a production environment.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Familiarity with inserting or mailing equipment (e.g., Bell & Howell, Pitney Bowes) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down inserting machines/card attachers used in the Lettershop Department, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components.
• Diagnose equipment failures quickly and take corrective actions to restore uptime and productivity.
• Service equipment based on production priorities to maximize uptime and cross-department support as needed.
