Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of CNAs and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and incident reporting.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting, including MARs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and ensure proper narcotic counts.
• Support infection control, safety practices, and resident well-being.
