San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bakersfield, CA seeks an LVN for the AM shift to provide direct nursing care and oversee nursing assistants. The role requires compliance with regulations and a commitment to high-quality care in a premier 99-bed facility across from the city’s largest hospital.

We offer competitive pay of $28.00–$30.00 per hour (BOE), healthcare and 401(k), and opportunities for training and career advancement in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved LVN program (or equivalent).
• Current, active LVN license in the State of California.
• Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in staffing coordination and shift planning.
• Support QA/PI activities and respond to surveys.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Complete admission/transfer/discharge documentation and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide direct resident care per care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Enforce infection control and PPE usage.
