Marlora Post Acute Rehabilitation Hospital in Long Beach, CA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team on the NOC shift (11PM-7AM). You will deliver medications, treatments, and vital sign checks, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate will have California LVN licensure, at least 1 year in a similar setting, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care including administering medications, treatments, and vital sign checks.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with daily activities and provide education to residents and families.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
