Job summary

AtWork Personnel – Sweetwater is hiring Yard Stickers for a leading products manufacturer in Vonore, TN. This is a hands‑on role in an outdoor production area where inbound raw materials are received and prepared for processing.

You will position wood sticks for initial trimming, assist with processing, and maintain material organization while working a night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Candidates must be 18+, pass background and drug screening, have reliable transportation, and be able to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Must be willing to work required overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking, lumber yards, warehouse operations, or other hands-on labor roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laying rough, raw wood sticks onto cutting tables using guided laser outlines.
• Prepare wood materials for initial trimming and processing.
• Sort and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
