The selected LPN will perform assessments, admissions, discharges, wound care, and supervision of CNAs/CMTs while following facility protocols and reporting changes promptly.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and document findings.
• Perform admission duties including MAR, TAR, POS, and medication orders.
• Manage discharges and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care per protocol and manage dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs while ensuring protocol compliance.
• Respond to emergency situations.
