Job summary

Beach House in Naples, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift (Monday and Tuesday, 7p–7a). The LPN will supervise the shift, coordinate resident care, delegate tasks to RCAs and MTs, and monitor the Wellness Department’s activities.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting MAR entries, training new staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Florida-licensed nurses with at least two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active license in the state.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Experience administering medications and following MARs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate on-shift assignments to RCAs and MTs.
• Deliver and supervise personal care for residents.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document promptly.
• Lead shift, coach RCAs/MTs and enforce policies.
• Report changes in residents’ health and coordinate with physicians.
