Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Inpatient - 3N Spinal Cord Injury Unit. This part-time night shift offers 24 hours per week, with a starting wage of $26/hr plus shift differentials and sign-on bonuses.

Rotating days, weekend requirements, and comprehensive benefits accompany the role. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, wound care, bowel/bladder programs, and collaboration with RNs

Qualifications

• Must possess current LPN license in the state.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric population preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within scope of license and regulations.
• Support and model Mary Free Bed Values in daily practice.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain staffing levels and coordinate with the Clinical Care Coordinator.
