Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care; supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure supervision follows federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
• Follow Nursing Policies and Procedures in daily operations.
